The members of Dodge’s diverse lineup of sports cars, sedans, and utility vehicles have all been updated with exciting technology for the 2016 model year. From interior design features to infotainment to performance technology, this year’s Dodge lineup is more advanced than ever.
New stop-start technology, for instance, is now available on all Dodge models. This feature cuts off fuel flow to the engine when the vehicle stops, so you use less gas idling and produce less CO2. UConnect, available on several Dodge models, has new features like Do Not Disturb, which stops the driver from getting text message notifications, and the voice-activated Siri Eyes Free technology that lets you control your apps without looking away from the road.
In the Durango, stop-start technology lets you travel up to 600 miles without stopping for gas. The Durango specifically comes with new Sport mode, which makes driving smoother, as well as a 9-inch Blu-ray and DVD player. The Dodge Journey also has some exciting tech, including the rear-seat entertainment system and a customizable instrument cluster display.
