The 2019 GMC Acadia is a great choice if you’re looking for a refined SUV with seating for more than five passengers. Its smooth ride will keep everyone comfortable, even on bumpy roads. In addition, the GMC Acadia boasts easy-to-use technology within its cabin.
The GMC Acadia is available at six trim levels: SL, SLE-1, SLE-2, SLT-1, SLT-2, and Denali.
The base engine on the Acadia is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder rated at 193 horsepower and 188 lb-ft of torque. It comes standard on the SL, SLE, and SLT-1 models. The SLT-2 and Denali trims come with a 3.6-liter V6 that pumps out 310 horsepower and 271 lb-ft of torque. However, this powerful engine is also an optional choice for the SLE-1, SLE-2, and SLT-1 trims. Both engines are paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive is standard, with all-wheel drive as an option on all trims.
When equipped with the base engine and front-wheel drive, the Acadia yields an EPA-estimated 21 mpg city, 26 mpg highway, and 23 mpg combined.*
Depending on trim level, the 2019 Acadia is available with either two or three rows of seats. With two rows, the Acadia can seat five. With three rows, the Acadia can seat either six with second-row captain’s chairs or seven with a second-row bench.
Standard interior features include keyless ignition, tri-zone automatic climate control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, Bluetooth® connectivity, a 7-inch touch screen, OnStar® with 4G LTE Wi-Fi capabilities, Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™, and a USB port.
Every 2019 Acadia comes standard with a rearview camera, GM’s Teen Driver system, traction and stability control, and antilock brakes.
