Also, this sword is fast enough to land two swings (possibly killing 2 enemies) where a glaive would land one, all while equipping a shield and being effective against breaking shields itself. There's literally no point in using a glaive in a siege battle regardless of the situation. Rhomphaia, voulge, long glaive, glaive... they're all roughly equivalent. They'll all one hit kill just about anything when you're on horseback, and one hit kill a couple of things with the slice through mod. The menavlion and billhook are probably the weakest of the swing-polearms and they're still more than adequate to get the job done.
