The Buick Encore is available at four trim levels: Encore, Preferred,Sport Touring, and Essence.
The base engine on the Encore is a turbocharged 1.4-liter four-cylinder rated at 138 horsepower and 148 lb-ft of torque. It’s paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. You can opt for a more powerful version of this engine on the Sport Touring and Essence trims that delivers 153 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque. Front-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is available on all but the base trim.
